THE STYLE LIST

SAG AWARDS 2017

Now Girls and Boys the SAG (Screen Actors Guild ) Awards is not the best Ceremony for great style and stunning dresses the girls tend to dress down and save the best for The Oscars. But I have to say this year was the worst year for some time and I really struggled to put ANYONE on the list. There are a few Stylists out there that need to be sacked . There were big mistakes all over the Carpet

Uzu Aduba

But I did love Uzu Aduba in her Elizabeth Kennedy dress. This dress suited her style completely in terms of cut colour and personality. I really liked the monochrome and it stood out on the red carpet.

Sofia Vergara

I also loved Sofia Vergara as I always do she can do no wrong. This girl really knows her body and I actually think she has never made a mistake This cocktail dress which you can get away with at the SAGS was divine. By Zuhair Murad. Simple yet glamorous but I am not sure this dress would look this good on a skinny girl !

As they were the ONLY two that really stood out for me and made it on to the STYLE LIST this time . Lets take a look at the Not So Hot looks.

Oh dear once again Nicole Kidman makes the poor STYLE LIST . Nicole have you not sacked that Stylist yet ? Is it something to do with being Australian ? or are you surround by people too scared to be honest with you. What were you thinking ? Not only is this dress ugly (shame on you Gucci) but it was the wrong colour and wrong personality for Nicole. Probably the worst dress I have EVER seen on a red carpet . I had to look twice

WTF ??

SO THATS ALL STYLISTAS FROM THE SAGS

LETS HOPE IT GETS BETTER. TUNE IN HERE FOR THE
STYLE DIAMONDS AND STYLE DISASTERS AS SEEN
THROUGH THE EYES OF A SCIENTIFIC SUPERSTYLIST.

Also I could not let Busy Philipps (Cougar Town) get away with this monstrous column dress by Jeffery Dodd. The colours the pattern the cut !!! How are your people not telling you ?????? Even the lipstick and the hair this look is so so wrong on so many levels that I find it hard to believe she would go out like this maybe it was for extra publicity.

THE STYLE LIST

HAPPY NEW YEAR STYLISTAS !

I would like to start 2017 by sharing my favourite and most stylish restaurants I was lucky enough to visit in 2016 and definitely will continue to frequent in 2017.

NOBU MALIBU

Nobu Malibu

My regular followers know that I spend part of my year in Los Angeles. My favourite hangout is without a doubt Nobu Malibu this picture was taken in December. The food is excellent (try the Black Cod with Miso) but the surroundings are so chic and the views of the ocean incredible and the crowd is beautiful. Unlike Nobu London which is actually quite depressing.

ZUMA ROME

Newly opened in 2016 I was lucky enough to be invited here. A frequent visitor to Zuma London the Rome venue did not disappoint and indeed exceeded all expectations. The roof top terrace with views over Rome at sunset was unforgettable. Accessed next to the Fendi Store in Palazzo Fendi from the moment you step into the elevators this was truly a world of style. The menu consistent with the iconic London venue. Worth hopping on Easyjet for dinner !!!

BAR 101 THE PALM DUBAI

Bar 101 Dubai
OMG! I love love love this all white bar which feels like a jetty in the middle of the Ocean can be accessed via ferry or via the Hotel on Palm Island. Amazing fresh menu and although busy at night extremely quiet every time I have been here for lunch. Totally idyllic and the views of the mainland simply stunning.

NOW I must include two of my favourite restaurants in my hometown of LONDON. Which features some of the most iconic restaurants in the world and I have eaten at them all dzaaaahlings. But currently at the top of my list are:

MILOS, ST JAMES LONDON

I am actually heading there for lunch as soon as I finish writing this for an amazing Greek Lunch. This restaurant only opened in 2015 but has established itself as a firm favourite. One of the most elegant dining rooms in London and fresh fish flown in from Greece on a daily basis. This certainly lives up to the famous  and highly renowned Milos in New York its sister
Milos London
restaurant. Lunch ALWAYS feel extra special here.

COYA, PICADILLY LONDON

Coya London
I can't believe I only discovered this Peruvian restaurant this year as it opened in 2012. London best kept secret accessed by a low impact entrance. In fact I walked past it several times and I have never even noticed its presence. As you access the amazing basement restaurant an exuberant party atmosphere hits you. When London is miserable the sun is aways shining full of happy bubbly staff. The food is both exceptional and exceptional value with a four course pairing menu with wines and champagne for £32. Ceviche ,Chilean Sea bass even the quinoa salad is fab making my mouth water even as i write this. Arjun Waney the restauranteur behind Zuma and The Arts Club has another winner here. Please try for yourself.

So pleased to bring you these beautiful stylish restaurants for 2017 for my super stylish followers so go surround yourself with beauty and enjoy !!!!
